About

About this villa

Gully's Edge sits above the 17th green at Royal Westmoreland, St. James, with a clear run of view out to the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The four bedroom, four bathroom layout is decorated in neutral tones lifted with touches of tropical colour, giving the place an easy, settled feel rather than a showy one. Downstairs holds the open plan living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned media room with Apple TV. The three guest bedrooms are also on this level, each en-suite, each with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and its own patio access. A wide terrace runs off the main living area, suited to casual meals outdoors, and steps down to a generous pool deck fitted with a wet bar, a gazebo and a barbecue. Upstairs is kept for the principal bedroom alone, taking in wide views across the resort to the coastline. It has a private patio and an en-suite bathroom with a bath plus both indoor and outdoor showers. As part of Royal Westmoreland, guests have access to the 18 hole championship golf course, flood-lit tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness centre, the clubhouse and a communal swimming pool, as well as the resort's beach facilities at Mullins Beach, St. Peter. Note that the reduced 3 bedroom rate does not include use of the principal bedroom, which is only part of the full 4 bedroom rate. Guest fees and restrictions apply at Royal Westmoreland.
