Whitehaven sits on a ridge inside the gated community of Westmoreland Hills, St. James, with three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged around an open-plan living room and kitchen. The house is built for indoor-outdoor living, with colourful artwork and locally made furnishings set against cool white interiors. Bi-fold doors open the main living area straight onto the patio, where a covered lounge and alfresco dining area sit alongside high-end furniture and plenty of seating looking over the sun deck and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home. The principal bedroom has a king-size bed and a workspace. A second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, so the layout suits families or friends travelling together. Two parking spaces come with the villa, with further parking just behind the dedicated area in front of the Recreational Facility. The development itself is kept up well, with paved avenues, exterior lighting and tropical landscaping, and two gated entrances. Westmoreland Hills is a 5 minute drive down into Holetown, for shopping, banks, restaurants, bars and the rest of the west coast. Note that Westmoreland Hills properties do not have access to the former communal swimming pool and gym facilities.
