Windfall sits in Westland Heights, St. James, a gated community closed to the public and set among tidy tropical gardens. The house has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with two principal suites and three further bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans, safes, bluetooth speakers and hairdryers. At the centre of the house is an indoor open-air pool, shielded from view for privacy and fitted with a retractable canopy so it can be used in full shade. The pool deck opens directly onto the main living area and bar, making it an easy space for a group to spread out. There are two separate dining areas, plus a gazebo that seats up to 10 and a smaller breakfast bar by the kitchen that works well for younger children. Upstairs, a cocktail lounge looks out over the ocean, a good spot for watching the sun go down. A media room with a flat screen TV, books and board games gives guests another place to settle in.
