About

About this villa

Cool Wind sits inside the gated community of Westland Heights, St. James, a short drive from the West Coast beaches and from the shops and restaurants at Limegrove and Holetown. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, set in landscaped gardens shaded by mature palm trees. You come in through an open-plan reception and dining space that looks straight out to the pool, the gardens and the pool bar. Two of the bedrooms form a self-contained suite, one Queen and one Twin, each air-conditioned with its own ensuite bathroom. A private living area with a queen-sized sofa-bed and a galley kitchen sits between the two, so this part of the house can work on its own if needed. Upstairs are three further suites, each with a King bed, air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The principal suite has its own walk-in dressing room. Every suite is fitted with Bluetooth speakers, a safe, a hairdryer, and bathrobes and toiletries are supplied throughout. Off the TV room, which is also air-conditioned, is a sixth bedroom, a 'box room' without its own bathroom. It works well as extra space for a larger group wanting room for a couple more guests beyond the five main bedrooms. For everyday living there is a dining patio, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and an air-conditioned gym. The pool deck has ample seating and a bar with an ice machine and draught Banks Beer on tap, chargeable to guests, plus a barbecue and gazebo set up for eating outside. The pool itself is a large private one. Cool Wind can also be combined with its sister villa, Windfall, giving accommodation for up to 22 guests across the two properties.
