Waterside 101 sits right on the beach on the Platinum Coast in St. James, a ground floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own ensuite, plus ceiling fans for the breeze off the water. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area, also air conditioned, opens onto a covered terrace that leads out to the communal pool and a gate giving direct access to the beach. The master bedroom is set apart on the far left as you come in, with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom fitted with both a tub and a shower. Guest bedroom 1 sits next door, also with a king size bed that can be converted to twin beds on request, and its ensuite has a walk-in shower and single vanity. Guests have use of free parking, the communal swimming pool and direct beach access. Holetown is about 5 minutes away by taxi, and Bridgetown around 10 minutes. The condo is close to duty free shopping, banking, supermarkets, spas, golf and tennis, and near restaurants including The Cliff, QP Bistro and Positano.
