Vistamar sits on 2 acres of landscaped tropical gardens, tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac within the Sandy Lane Estate on Barbados's west coast. The house has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in total, split between the main house and a separate two-bedroom cottage just a short walk away, with staff on hand to look after whatever you need. The main house holds 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus an extra guest bathroom. Beds are one king, two queen and twins. The principal suite has a walk-in wardrobe and French doors opening straight onto the pool deck. A media room comes with a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space if wanted. Inside, the living room has oversized sofas and French doors leading out to a covered terrace with casual seating, a wet bar and a dining table for 12. A partially covered veranda runs from the house to the pool deck and a covered poolside gazebo. The self-contained cottage has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. A long veranda runs the length of the cottage, and there is a small interior living room with a TV. Outside, a large patio holds a sculpted coral stone and glass dining table, comfortable sofas and chairs, and a stock of books and games. Both the main house and cottage are built on one level, with easy access throughout, including for wheelchairs. Staff will prepare three meals a day once they know your preferences, and can arrange groceries to be charged to your account, or you can pick up supplies yourself from the supermarket in Holetown.
