About

About this villa

Villas on the Beach sits directly on a West Coast beach in the middle of Holetown, St. James, in a building designed by the architect Ian Morrison. Apartment 101 occupies the ground floor and comes with its own private patio, a spot well suited to outdoor meals or simply sitting with a book. From the patio it is only a few steps to the pool deck, set among tropical gardens, and from there through a gate to the white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Inside, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with each bedroom having its own en-suite. Up to 5 people can be accommodated, and the living areas and bedrooms have been finished to a high standard throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, and air conditioning runs through the whole apartment, backed up by ceiling fans in every room. Outside the apartment itself, guests have access to the development's community pools and gardens, and can also use the members' gym, which is housed in the basement of the building. All of this sits within easy walking distance of what Holetown has to offer: restaurants covering a range of tastes, duty free shops, a lively nightlife scene, a large supermarket, banks and a medical centre. For golfers, the location also works well, with Apes Hill Club, Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland all a short drive from the apartment. Between the beachfront pools, the private patio and the walk-to-everything position in Holetown, apartment 101 suits guests who want both a quiet base and easy access to the town around it.
