Villa ViewTop is a three-bedroom villa on the front row of Westmoreland Hills, looking down the hill to the west coast with roughly 120-degree views of the horizon. The owners have added a number of upgrades beyond the standard villa specification, and have decorated and furnished it throughout with guest comfort in mind. Upgrades and comfort Air conditioning is fitted in every bedroom and in the open-plan living room and kitchen. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and over the covered patio, which sits outside the full-width bi-fold doors at the rear of the villa. Master bedroom The master bedroom has been extended to make room for a large work desk and seating area, with a colour printer, scanner and copier for anyone who needs to work in private while away. The extension also allows for a spacious en-suite bathroom with a full-sized bathtub alongside a large walk-in shower, which has both rain and handheld shower heads. Bedrooms 2 and 3 Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a second bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and vanity. Living spaces and kitchen Large wall-mounted televisions are fitted in the lounge and the master bedroom, each with its own Digicel cable box and an extended package of US channels. 500Mb Wi-Fi broadband is available throughout the villa. The fully fitted kitchen has all the usual appliances, plus a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and smoothie/cocktail blender. The fridge-freezer has been upgraded to a model with ice and water on demand. A washing machine and dryer are housed in a concealed utility cupboard in the hall. Outdoors The centrepiece of the villa is its 26-foot swimming pool, another upgrade on the standard Westmoreland Hills design. Remote-controlled awnings have been fitted along the edge of the uncovered deck, so you can soak up the sun or relax in the shade, all with Caribbean Sea views and remarkable sunsets as the backdrop. Included in your stay Your rental includes a housekeeper three times a week and a welcome pack of basics to get you started. All linen, towels, beach towels and cleaning products are provided throughout your stay. The development Westmoreland Hills is a boutique luxury gated development of 45 villas, monitored and with night security. Its elevated, tiered layout gives every villa a sea view. The clubhouse has a 20m communal swimming pool with loungers, a grab-and-go café, a well-equipped air-conditioned gym, toilets and showers, and membership is included in your stay. There is parking for two vehicles in front of the villa, with additional guest parking by the clubhouse. Location The villa is a five-minute drive from the west coast, with its beaches, restaurants, beach bars and Massy supermarket, yet far enough inland to enjoy space and quiet away from the bustle of Holetown. It sits up the hill in line with The Lone Star. Golf at Royal Westmoreland is a stone's throw away, and the Sandy Lane golf courses are a seven-minute drive.
