The Fairways sits inside Royal Westmoreland in St. James, built across five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, with views that take in both the golf course and the sea. A detached cottage suite stands apart from the main house, handy for grandparents, friends, or anyone who fancies a bit of distance from the rest of the group. The main living space is light and open, with an oversized sectional sofa facing a 75-inch LG Smart TV with cable. The kitchen is built for people who like to cook properly: a big island with bar seating, a wine fridge, a double-door fridge with ice maker, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Miele induction cooktop and a Miele double oven. Whether you want to keep things simple or put on a proper spread, it is all there. Outside, a private infinity pool is set into the terrace, ringed by loungers and umbrellas, with a covered lounge alongside it and an outdoor shower for rinsing off afterwards. There is a covered table for alfresco meals, a Wolf gas barbecue, a wine cooler for keeping the whites and rosé cold, and ceiling fans throughout to keep the air moving. Pool and beach towels are supplied. Four of the five bedrooms are in the main house. The principal bedroom has a generous bed, pool views, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, a 57-inch LG Smart TV and a Yale security safe, with an en-suite that has a rain shower, double vanity and hair dryer. Guest bedroom 2 looks over the gardens and has twin beds that do not convert to a king, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite with rain shower, tub and single vanity. Guest bedroom 3 has a king bed, garden views, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en-suite with rain shower and single vanity. The second primary bedroom also has a king bed, this time with pool views, plus air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a 57-inch LG Smart TV and an en-suite with rain shower and double vanity. A powder room serves the shared living space. The detached cottage holds the fifth bedroom, a queen room looking out over the golf course to the ocean, with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a 44-inch LG TV and an en-suite with rain shower. A mini-kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee maker and mini-fridge means guests staying there can make their own coffee or a late snack without needing the main house. There is a laundry area with washer and dryer, a gated entrance with on-site parking, and club membership is included as part of the stay.
