Sunset Crest, Tilting Trees

About

About this villa

Tilting Trees sits in Sunset Crest, on the west coast in St. James. It is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa built around a view of calm, open landscape, with the pool and gardens doing most of the talking. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and ensuite, each with a queen size bed. The master bathroom has a shower and a tub; the other two bathrooms have walk-in showers. The master suite opens directly onto the pool deck, so you can walk from bed to water without going through the rest of the house. The pool itself is a 23' x 19' infinity design, with a bar area beside it fitted with sofas and chairs for sitting out and watching the water. The terrace stretches out from here, with sunbeds for lounging, palm trees for shade, and space for eating outside. The patio bar sits right at the edge of the pool, so drinks are never far from a swim. Inside, the villa is fully furnished, with a TV in the living area, Wi-Fi throughout, a security system and a safe in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who wants to cook, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space and good quality cookware. Guests get beach towels and Beach Membership at the Sunset Crest Beach Club. The west coast beaches are a short walk away, as is Holetown, with the Sandy Crest Clinic, the LimeGrove Complex, duty-free shops, banks, restaurants and a Massy supermarket. Stay includes concierge service, access to the Sunset Crest Beach Club, and housekeeping twice a week.
