Sundown Villa sits at Mullins Beach in St. Peter, a three-minute drive from Speightstown, the island's second-largest town. This five-bedroom, five-bathroom house is set in tropical gardens with its own pool and terrace, and many of its rooms look straight out over the ocean. Colour runs through the house, inside and out. The living room is light and open, with a seating area and a wall-mounted flat screen television. For more formal meals there is a separate indoor dining area, and the kitchen is well equipped, with a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher among its fittings. Outside, the pool is the natural focus of the garden, with a terrace around it for lounging. A gazebo nearby is fitted out for outdoor dining, with its own table and a BBQ, and there is a hammock for anyone after a quieter spot. From the villa it is an easy run to both Holetown and Speightstown, each with cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. Golfers have the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course just 10 minutes away by car.
