About

About this villa

Sugar House sits in the Sugar Hill Resort community in St. James, a detached villa built for a family or a group of friends who want space and their own corner of the island. The gardens are landscaped and from them you look out over the Caribbean Sea, with the kind of West Coast sunset that makes the covered patio the obvious spot for evening drinks or dinner outdoors. The house has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with six of the bedrooms en suite, and sleeps up to 12 guests in total. A separate two-bedroom guest cottage sits on the property, handy for visiting family or anyone who would rather have their own front door. Outside there is a large pool and several separate lounging areas, so sunbathers, swimmers and anyone reading in the shade can all find their own spot. Staying here also means access to the wider amenities of Sugar Hill: a gym, tennis courts, a clubhouse and an on-site restaurant, so there is somewhere to eat or exercise without leaving the community. It is a house that works equally well for quiet mornings by the pool and for evenings with the whole group together on the patio watching the sun go down over the water.
