About

About this villa

Coconut Shell sits up on a breezy, elevated plot within the tropical grounds of Sugar Hill, a gated resort in St. James with 24-hour manned security. The resort's facilities are shared by all owners and guests: a club house, a fitness gym, floodlit tennis courts, a restaurant, a concierge desk, and 2 swimming pools, one an infinity edge pool looking out over the west coast and the other a free form pool with a waterfall and a shallow area for children. The villa itself has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom, with its ensuite bathroom, is on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor, where the second bedroom has its own ensuite and the third bedroom has a bathroom just next door. Each of the 3 bedrooms opens onto its own private terrace. Downstairs there is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting room that opens onto a large terrace, a good spot for eating outdoors. Sugar Hill is a 5-minute drive from the west coast, known locally for its beaches, boutiques and restaurants. Rates for Coconut Shell include the Fairmont Beach Membership and housekeeping 3 days a week when the villa is occupied.
