Bananaquit sits right at the end of Plantation Drive, inside the Sugar Hill Resort in St. James, a spot that gives guests a fair bit of seclusion. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in total, split between the main house and a detached cottage reached from the left of the main entrance. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house, the other two in the cottage. The entire first floor looks out over the sea and holds an open-plan kitchen, recently renovated, along with a spacious living room, a media room, and outdoor dining and lounging areas that overlook the pool and gardens below. On the ground floor are three en suite bedrooms, each with French doors opening onto the pool area. The Master and the 1st Guest Bedroom both have King size beds, while the third bedroom has Twin beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the Guest Cottage, also en suite, with two beds between them, one of which converts to a king. Of all the bathrooms, only the Master has both a shower and a tub; the rest have showers only. Down in the basement there is a Games Room with a pool table and table tennis. Staying here also means access to everything Sugar Hill Resort offers, including the clubhouse with its large pool and pool deck, the gym, and the members lounge.
