High Five is a three-bedroom townhouse on Tamarind Row within Sugar Hill Resort in St. James, with views out over the Caribbean Sea and all the amenities of the resort close at hand. The ground floor is built around an open living area that leads straight out to a covered deck. Here you will find a private dipping pool with umbrellas for shade, plus a dining spot set up for meals outdoors. The kitchen on this level is new and fully equipped. One of the three en-suite bedrooms is also on the ground floor, with French doors opening directly onto the deck for easy indoor-outdoor living. Upstairs are the remaining two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private terrace and wide views across the turquoise Caribbean, a good spot for watching the sunset. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, though the shutters and doors can be opened to let the trade winds through. Two parking spaces come with the property, useful if you plan to hire a car during your stay. Sugar Hill itself is a gated community covering 50 acres of landscaped grounds, with its own sea views throughout. Guests have use of the Sugar Hill Clubhouse, which has a bar and restaurant, along with tennis courts and a fitness centre. There are two swimming pools on site: one next to the clubhouse with fine sea views, and a second set in the gardens nearby. The clubhouse and all its facilities are a flat 3 minute walk from High Five, and a shuttle bus runs several times a day to the beach and Holetown for a small charge. A short drive takes you to the West Coast's beaches or into Holetown for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. High Five suits either a family holiday or a quieter stay, combining a well-equipped townhouse with the setting and facilities of the Sugar Hill resort.
