Sugar Hill A15, known as Jade Vine, sits on raised ground within the Sugar Hill development on Barbados's West Coast, in St. James. From this elevated position the villa looks out over landscaped gardens and the ocean beyond, with the breeze moving freely through the grounds. The air-conditioned living room opens through French doors onto a wide terrace, where sitting and dining areas make the most of the view and the evening light. Around the private plunge pool there's a deck with sun loungers and further outdoor seating. All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with care, each with its own ensuite bathroom - 4.5 bathrooms in total. Two of the bedrooms sit on the upper floor, each opening onto a private balcony above the pool deck. The third is on the ground floor, and the fourth is set apart in its own cottage, which comes with a small kitchenette. Sugar Hill itself is a private, gated development spread across 50 acres, looking down toward the Caribbean Sea. It's a short drive from the West Coast beaches and from Holetown, where guests will find international shops, banks, restaurants and nightlife. Staying at A15 brings access to the Sugar Hill Clubhouse, its pool, fitness centre and tennis courts, plus beach access along the avenue to Heron Bay Estate, a 5 minute drive away.
