Palm Breeze sits in St. James, within the Sugar Hill Tennis Village, a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the ground floor at the end of the row. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning run throughout, so you can choose either depending on the weather. Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a Nespresso machine with starter pods, and a washing machine, dryer and ironing board for longer stays. Housekeeping comes round once a week, and the apartment is stocked with its own towels plus a separate set for the pool and outdoors. Sugar Hill itself covers 90 acres of grounds kept in good order, built around a clubhouse with wide views over the property. The main pool is a 2,000 sq. ft. infinity edge design, there is a separate children's pool, and a fitness centre with up-to-date equipment. Guests play free of charge on the four floodlit tennis courts, and there is a restaurant and bar on site. A members' lounge with satellite television gives a quieter spot for a game of chess. The village has 24-hour security patrol with a checkpoint at the entrance and its own onsite management team, who can also arrange restaurant bookings, local attraction bookings and babysitting. Holetown and Royal Westmoreland are both a few minutes away. Beach access is arranged through the neighbouring Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel, which provides sun beds, umbrellas, parking and beach service; the closest beach is Colony Club/Fairmont Royal Pavilion.
