Sugar Cane Ridge 12 is a new villa set within Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in St. James, a private estate built around one of the better golf courses on the island. The house rises over three levels, with three bedrooms on the lower floor and a fourth at entrance level, giving 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in all and room for a group of eight. Air conditioning runs through every bedroom, and the principal bedroom and second bedroom open straight onto the pool deck. Up on the top level sit the living and dining room, leading into a kitchen fitted with new, high-end appliances and finishes suited to cooking proper Bajan food. A wide covered patio runs off this floor, catching the breeze and looking out over the golf course, with views that stretch across the fairways. Staying here also brings use of the Beach Club at Mullins Bay, along with the resort's two floodlit tennis courts, clubhouse, sanctuary, gym and its large communal pool. Royal Westmoreland applies its own guest fees and restrictions to these facilities.
