Solaris Beach House sits right on the water in Reeds Bay, St. James, on the stretch of coast between Holetown and Mullins Beach, with direct access down to the Caribbean Sea. The two-storey house has an Ibiza-influenced feel to it, all clean lines and pale tones, and makes the most of its setting with sea views and proper sunsets from the deck. There are 5 bedrooms in total, every one of them en suite, and each fitted with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a television. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs. The Principal suite and the Guest bedroom next to it both look out over the sea and have walk-in wardrobes. The Principal bathroom and Guest bathroom 3 both have a bathtub and a shower, while Guest bedroom 2's en suite has a shower only. Furniture throughout is modern and uncluttered, with good bedding and neutral colours. Downstairs there are two further guest bedrooms, also en suite. Guest bathroom 4 has a bathtub and shower, and guest bathroom 5 has a shower. The house has 6 bathrooms altogether. The ground floor also holds an air-conditioned living room that doubles as a media room, with a double sofa bed, a television and a desk for anyone who needs to work while they are here, plus a separate gym with its own shower room. The kitchen is well equipped, with an induction hob, a reverse osmosis tap for drinking water, a microwave, a wine chiller and bespoke cabinetry, and a breakfast bar for starting the day. From there you step onto a covered deck with a ten-seater dining table and a lounge area, a good spot for watching the morning light on the water. The open deck is where most of the outdoor life happens: a jacuzzi tub, a saltwater pool, a gas barbecue, a table tennis setup, sun loungers and an alfresco bar, all looking straight onto the turquoise sea. Holetown and Speightstown are both a short drive away, with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies.
