Electra sits on the third floor of Schooner Bay, a development in Speightstown, St. Peter, right on the beach with direct access to the white sands and aquamarine seas of the island's west coast. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms come with marble tile ensuite bathrooms, the master with a king-sized bed and the guest room with a queen-sized bed, while a powder room off the entrance hall makes up the half bath. From the rooms and the open-plan living area you look out over the free-form swimming pool, tropical gardens and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Central air-conditioning runs throughout, and the living area has a large television, DVD player and cable, opening through sliding glass doors onto the dining terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances. Upstairs there is a roof terrace with its own Jacuzzi pool, a BBQ and a sitting area, good for alfresco dining and cocktails under the stars. A housekeeper comes in 3 days a week along with laundress services, and a cook can be arranged for an additional fee. Schooner Bay itself has an onsite gym and 24-hour security, and Speightstown, with its restaurants, waterfront cafes, bars, a supermarket, banks and shops, is a short walk from the development. Children under 12 are not allowed.
