Schooner Bay 307 sits on two floors in the Schooner Bay development in St. Peter, with three bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Marble tiling runs throughout, and the whole apartment is centrally air-conditioned. Outside, Schooner Bay's gardens are landscaped and well kept, with a communal swimming pool open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and direct access to a white sand beach. Guests also have use of a roof terrace with a BBQ. The development is gated and secure, a few minutes' walk from Speightstown, where there are seaside restaurants, shops and other amenities. A communal gym, open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, includes a multi gym, treadmill, bike and free weights. No children.
