Rose of Sharon sits at the top of the Sandy Lane Estate in St. James, a six-bedroom villa split across two buildings for groups who want some separation between households. The main house holds four ensuite bedrooms, while a separate guest cottage adds two more ensuite bedrooms, bringing the total to 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Furnishings throughout are understated, with plenty of natural light in each room. Outside, gardens surround the property and lead to an open-air deck looking over a natural gully. A large swimming pool is set beside a sun deck with room for sunbathing and lounging. For those wanting to stay active or get work done, there is an on-site fitness room and a private office. A full staff is on hand throughout the stay, taking care of the day-to-day running of the house. Guests also have use of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club, with complimentary loungers and umbrellas on one of the more exclusive stretches of beach on the island, and a spot to watch the Caribbean Sea as the evening comes in, rum punch in hand. Between the two buildings, the gardens, the pool and the beach club privileges, Rose of Sharon works as a base for a large family or several families travelling together, with enough space and staff to keep everyone comfortable without feeling on top of one another.
