Salt Life sits within Claridges, a small residential development of just 10 villas set in two acres of tropically landscaped gardens on the West Coast, in the Platinum West Coast area of Gibbs, St. Peter. The architect Michael Gomes designed the development, blending coral stone with a touch of Balinese style, and the finishes throughout run to cedar, mahogany, marble, granite and travertine. This particular townhouse is a two-storey, three bedroom home with 3 bathrooms, all three en-suite with king-sized beds, walk-through closets and their own private balconies. Downstairs the living and dining areas run open plan, and there is a separate den that works well as an office. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home during your stay. Outside, a covered terrace gives you a shaded lounge area, and a garden patio has daybeds for lazing about along with space for alfresco dining. As part of the Claridges development you also have use of a large swimming pool with waterfalls, sun loungers and a central gazebo, a good spot for a drink with friends. Gibbs Beach, known for its secluded white sand, is a short walk away, and beach chairs and umbrellas can be hired there.
