This three-storey villa sits inside Royal Westmoreland Resort in St. James, looking out over the Caribbean Sea. Colonial in style, it is finished throughout in mahogany, with high ceilings and marble floors in the grand foyer, which you reach by crossing a bridge over a Koi pond. The house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms spread across three levels. On the entrance level are two matching ensuite cottages, one in the east wing and one in the west, each with a king-sized bed, generous closet space, and French doors opening onto a private balcony with views over the tropical gardens. Up on the second floor are two further ensuite master bedrooms, each with its own covered and fully furnished terrace looking across the golf course, a good spot for watching the sunset. This floor also has an entertainment room with a flat-screen TV. The lower level opens through French doors onto a wide deck built for entertaining, with a barbecue area, a dining space, and an infinity pool at its centre, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. Two more ensuite bedrooms are found on this level, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a large living area. Staying here also gives guests access to the resort's amenities, including the private beach facilities at Mullins Beach, a private gym, the communal pool, the Club House Restaurant, the golf course and tennis courts. Holetown is an 8-minute drive away, with shopping, local art and crafts, supermarkets and a range of places to eat. The Royal Westmoreland Golf Club is run independently of the estate and can change its own policies at any time, including golf course access and tee times. From 1st May 2026, a weekly charge applies for house guest membership cards. This is based on the number of bedrooms booked, not on how many guests are actually staying, and guests who do not want to use Royal Westmoreland's amenities do not need to register. The charge is per week, or any part of a week, and covers everyone staying at the villa; it is not calculated per guest or pro-rated by day. Properties with 1 to 2 bedrooms are charged Bds$200.00 per week, 3-bedroom properties Bds$250.00 per week, and properties with 4 or more bedrooms Bds$300.00 per week.
