Royal Villa 7 sits on the west side of Royal Westmoreland in St. James, a spot that catches the sea breeze and holds onto sunshine right through to sunset. This is a split level, fully detached villa with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Step inside and Bedroom 3 is off to the right, while the other two bedrooms sit on the lower level, reached by stairs on the left. The entrance leads into an open plan living and dining area, with the kitchen set just behind it. High pickled tray ceilings and ceiling fans keep the space feeling airy, and double doors open onto a covered terrace where the breeze carries through. From the upper level there are views over the pond, the gardens and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Every bedroom is ensuite, air conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans. The master suite is on the ground floor, with a king-sized bed, a tub and shower, a flat screen television, and its own door out to a sun terrace looking over the resort's pond and gardens.
