Royal Villa 18 sits within the Royal Westmoreland estate in St. James, a semi-detached house built over a split level with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Coral stone walls run through the open plan living and dining room, which opens onto a partly covered terrace set up for alfresco dining and furnished with comfortable seating, looking out over tropical garden views. The ground floor holds the master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, its own en suite bathroom and a separate seating area. A second ground-floor bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom, suited to family or friends travelling together. Upstairs, the third bedroom has a king-sized bed and a generous en suite bathroom of its own, set apart from the other rooms. Staying here gives access to the communal pool shared across the Royal Westmoreland estate, though it does not include beach club membership or use of the estate's other amenities. From 1st May 2026, a weekly charge applies for house guest membership cards for those wishing to use Royal Westmoreland amenities; guests who do not want access simply do not register. The charge is per week (or part thereof) per villa, covering everyone staying there, rather than a daily or per-person rate. For 1 to 2 bedroom properties it is Bds$200.00 per week, for 3 bedroom properties, as here, it is Bds$250.00 per week, and for properties of 4 bedrooms or more it is Bds$300.00 per week.
