Royal Apartment 214 sits on the ground floor within the gated Royal Westmoreland Resort on Barbados's platinum coast in St. James, fully furnished and ready for guests. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The first guest bedroom, just off the main entrance, has a queen bed, plenty of closet space and a tub with a shower. The second guest bedroom has twin beds, a shower, and its own small terrace, good for a quiet coffee or a read in the afternoon. The Master Suite sits next to the living area with direct access to the main patio and views over tended gardens; its bathroom has a tub, a walk-in shower, a double vanity and a walk-in closet with a safe. Inside, an open-plan living room leads straight onto a covered patio, set up for dining outside and evening drinks. Guests here get Full Membership, which gives access to the amenities at Royal Westmoreland. The nearest beach, at Colony Club and Holetown, is a 5-minute drive away. Holetown itself is the area's commercial centre, with restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops and supermarkets. The golf club at Royal Westmoreland operates independently of the estate and can change its rules, including course access and tee times, as it sees fit. From 1st May, 2026, a weekly charge applies for house guest membership cards, based on the number of bedrooms booked rather than how many guests are staying. Registration is optional - guests who do not want to use the Royal Westmoreland amenities need not sign up. The charge is per week, or part of a week, and covers everyone staying in the villa; it is not calculated per person or pro-rated by day. For 1-2 bedroom properties the charge is Bds$200.00 per week, for 3-bedroom properties it is Bds$250.00 per week, and for 4 or more bedrooms it is Bds$300.00 per week.
