About

About this villa

Forest Hills 35, also known as Bajan Sunset, sits at the end of a row within Royal Westmoreland, St. James, with westerly sea views from its upper floor terraces. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is a well-kept golf residence, looked after by a permanent housekeeper, Cecily, who handles the day-to-day upkeep and laundry, and backed by a property manager on hand for any questions during your stay. The living, dining and sitting rooms sit on the upper level, opening onto terraces with views over the sea, the estate or the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and ice maker. The master bedroom has a television, and bedroom 2 has its own safe. UK internet TV is available throughout. Staying here gives you access to the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, along with the tennis courts, private pools, gym and clubhouse, which has its own restaurant and bar. The closest beach is Colony Club, though beach chairs and umbrellas are provided at the Beach Club at Mullins, which also has a beach bar, restaurants, water sports and plenty of parking for members. From 1st May 2026, a weekly charge applies for house guest membership cards, based on the number of bedrooms booked rather than occupancy. Guests who do not want to use Royal Westmoreland's amenities do not need to register. The charge covers everyone staying at the villa and is not calculated pro-rata by day or by guest. For 1-2 bed properties this is Bds$200.00 per week, for 3 bed properties it is Bds$250.00 per week, and for 4+ bed properties it is Bds$300.00 per week.
