Cuckooland is a standalone house with its own guest cottage, set within the gated grounds of Royal Westmoreland in St. James. The property has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, laid out across the main house and the separate cottage. Walk in from the courtyard and the entrance opens straight onto a wide living room, which in turn leads out to the pool terrace. Outside there are a few different seating areas scattered round the pool, plus space to eat al fresco whenever the weather allows. Staying here comes with full use of the resort: the golf course, beach club, fitness centre and the resort's restaurants are all included, along with social access to the Fairmont Beach Club. One thing to flag: from 1 May 2026 a weekly house guest membership charge applies for anyone wanting to use the Royal Westmoreland amenities. Guests who don't want to use them don't need to register. The charge is per week, or part of a week, and covers everyone staying in the villa - it isn't charged per person or pro-rata by day. For 1-2 bed properties it's Bds$200.00 per week, for 3 bed properties it's Bds$250.00 per week, and for 4+ bed properties it's Bds$300.00 per week.
