Coral House sits within the Royal Villa estate at Royal Westmoreland in St. James, built in coral stone and recently refurbished throughout. The house covers 6,000 square feet and has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and three reception rooms, all fitted with flat-screen TVs and air conditioning. A porch opens into a hallway hung with art, leading through to a modern kitchen that flows into an open-plan living space with a Samsung Frame TV. From here a covered terrace looks over the private pool and is set up for dining outside. The master and second bedrooms both have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with direct access to the pool. The third bedroom also has a king-size bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms can be made up as twin or king, and all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Outside there is a 30-foot private pool with a bar lounge, sunbeds and a BBQ. The billiard room is not included in the rental. Royal Westmoreland Membership is not included with this villa, though guests do have access to the Royal Pavilion beach. From 1st May, 2026, a weekly charge applies for house guest membership cards, covering access to Royal Westmoreland amenities. The charge is based on the number of bedrooms booked rather than occupancy, is levied per week or part of a week, and covers all guests staying at the villa rather than being charged per person. For 1-2 bed properties the charge is Bds$200.00 per week, for 3 bed properties it is Bds$250.00 per week, and for 4+ bed properties it is Bds$300.00 per week. Guests who do not wish to use the amenities do not need to register.
