Cassia Heights 29 is a semi-detached villa within Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in St. James, set on a bluff that looks out over the championship 18-hole golf course, the lake beside it, and the Caribbean Sea further out. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each bedroom with its own ensuite and air conditioning. The third bedroom sits apart in a self-contained cottage, giving it a quieter, more private feel than the other two. The new owner has recently redecorated throughout, so the furnishings and fittings are in good order. The lounge opens straight out to a newly built deck, where you get views down to the Clubhouse and out to the sea. The Royal Westmoreland Clubhouse is a short walk from the villa, and the championship golf course is right there too. Mullins Beach is a 10-minute drive, Holetown with its shops and restaurants is 15 minutes away, and there are local restaurants and bars nearby as well. From 1st May, 2026, guests should expect a weekly charge for house guest membership cards covering use of Royal Westmoreland's amenities. The charge is based on the number of bedrooms booked rather than on occupancy, and guests who do not wish to use the amenities simply do not register. It is a flat per-week charge, covering any part of a week, and applies to everyone staying in the villa rather than being worked out per person per day. For 1-2 bedroom properties it is Bds$200.00 per week, for 3 bedroom properties Bds$250.00 per week, and for 4+ bedroom properties Bds$300.00 per week.
