A 40 ft. wide private terrace with a glass balustrade runs along the apartment, giving open views out over the ocean. Guests can use the communal gym and sauna, plus the 80 ft. lap pool shared by the development. The small private plunge pool shown in some photos is being removed, but the larger communal pool stays available to guests. Beach access is via The Waves hotel, a 2 min walk from the property.
