About

About this villa

Porters Place 4 sits in the modern Porters Place development in Porters, St. James, finished with clean lines and tropical colour throughout. The open plan living and kitchen area gives plenty of room to cook, relax, watch television or entertain, with a fully equipped kitchen on hand for preparing meals. The living and dining space is carefully finished down to the last detail and opens straight onto a paved pool deck, where lounge chairs and sun beds surround a large private pool. The pool enclosure is fully private, so a swim works just as well first thing in the morning as it does at night. All three bedrooms are en suite, with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The principal bedroom is furnished in warm wood with high-quality white linen, giving it a calm, cosy feel, and sliding doors lead directly onto the pool and sun deck. Its en suite bathroom has a double vanity, considered lighting and a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is bright and well put together, with a king-sized bed, well-crafted furniture and the same white linen, and its en suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, finished with equal care, and its en suite bathroom offers a single vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. Both guest rooms are dressed with elegant fabrics and furnishings. Holetown is a comfortable walk or short drive away, with its shopping, coffee shops and fine dining, plus everyday amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy and bank. The villa's position on the West Coast also puts it close to some of the best beaches on the Platinum coast. Porters Place itself offers 24/7 security, a gym and gated entry for residents.
