Porters Place 18

About

About this villa

Porters Place 18 sits inside the gated Porters development in St. James, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa built for families or groups who want space of their own without giving up easy island access. The layout runs open-plan, so the kitchen, dining and living areas flow straight out to a long covered terrace. Retractable awnings let you choose sun or shade, and the terrace holds an outdoor dining table and a BBQ for evenings spent eating outside. The pool sits right alongside, with the living space opening directly onto it. Indoors, the kitchen is built around a central island, good for casual meals or simply pouring a glass of wine while you look out over the terrace. The living room is set up for downtime, with a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning runs throughout the house. A hallway connects the four bedrooms, each with its own character and its own en-suite bathroom. The principal suite has a king-size bed, direct access out to the pool, a generous wardrobe, and an en-suite with a marble vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, along with a reading chair, and its own en-suite. The third bedroom is set up with younger guests or friends in mind: two single beds, decor in tan and gold tones, and a bean bag chair for lounging. The fourth bedroom follows the principal suite's lead, with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom of its own. Throughout the villa the decor stays consistent, artwork and a palette of white, tan and blue running through every room. From Porters Place 18 it's a short drive to the sandy beaches along this stretch of coast and to Holetown, with its shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.
