The Old Nine Golf Course runs right past the doorstep, so a morning walk around it takes only steps from your own door. Inside, the kitchen is new and fully equipped, opening straight through to the outdoor dining and lounging area so the two spaces work as one. Next to it is a sitting area with a TV and a breakfast bar, which leads out onto a covered terrace. Both the principal and guest bedrooms have king sized beds, and each is paired with its own bathroom finished to the same contemporary standard as the rest of the house. Outside there is a plunge pool set against a natural stone feature wall, with decking around it and gardens planted with old mahogany trees.
