Seaduced sits on the 16th Fairway at Royal Westmoreland in St. James, looking straight across the par 5, 16th Green towards the golf course and sea. It is one of the few contemporary architect-designed villas available to rent in the development, drawn up by a young local architect and built across two levels totalling 6,400 sq. ft. You cross a wooden entrance bridge to get in, with an illuminated water feature running alongside as you step through. The ground floor is one large open-plan space, indoor and outdoor areas running into each other, with the living rooms opening onto a wide covered terrace. A wet bar sits at one end of this terrace and an alfresco grilling and teppanyaki station at the other. The terrace frames a negative-edge pool some 60ft long, positioned to look over the golf course and the sea beyond. It runs the full length of the deck and has a shallow 'beach end' with sun loungers, where you can sit with the sound of running water nearby. The kitchen has appliances built into European counter-height cupboards behind a large stone island that doubles as a dining bar. There is also an air-conditioned media room furnished with soft upholstery. A fifth bedroom is on this lower level for easier access, close to established trees and shrubs and an adjoining patio suited to morning coffee.
