About this villa

Howzat! sits on Ocean Drive within the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in St. James, looking out over the 13th fairway to the coastline beyond. The house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total, split between the main villa and a separate guest cottage. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, along with two sitting areas that open onto the covered patio. The kitchen nearby is fully equipped, with an induction hob, an espresso machine, a Miele coffee maker, double ovens, a wine cooler, a built-in wok and a dining table seating 8. Upstairs, the Principal Suite and a second en-suite bedroom both look out to the sea and the golf course. The two rooms connect through a walk-in wardrobe that can be locked off when privacy is wanted, and share a patio. Both have King beds, a plasma TV, and the choice of ceiling fans or air-conditioning. The main patio holds a covered dining area for 8 and a further seating spot for reading or afternoon tea. Steps away, the pool deck has an infinity-edge pool and an outdoor shower. Off the pool deck stands a self-contained guest cottage with the remaining two bedrooms, both en-suite and twin-bedded with the option to convert to King. It has its own kitchenette, fitted with a dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven and fridge, plus a lounge with a plasma TV and DVD player. A golf cart comes with the villa, and guests can use the Royal Westmoreland Resort's golf course, tennis courts, gym, spa sanctuary, clubhouse and beach facilities at Mullins, St. Peter. Resort guest fees and restrictions apply.
