Mullins Mill sits on 8 acres of landscaped grounds in Mullins, St. Peter, built around the remains of a 17th century sugar mill. The main house and two adjoining guest cottages give everyone plenty of space and privacy, while a cliffside gazebo looks out over sweeping coastline views. Outside there is a ridge side infinity pool, a floodlit tennis court, and a garden and orchard laid out to the east of the house. A separate beach house and Jacuzzi are a 3-4 minute drive away, and guests also have use of the owner's private beach house on Gibbs Beach, 5 minutes by car. The property sleeps up to 16 across 8 air conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, for 8.5 bathrooms in total. Two bedrooms are in the main house, one of them at the top of the old mill, two more sit in the cliff cottage, and the remaining four are split between the gate cottages on the grounds. A wide sitting and dining verandah overlooks the gardens and the cliffside gazebo, with views out to the ocean. A staff team looks after the house, including a chef who cooks local dishes for guests throughout their stay. The grounds and setting also make Mullins Mill a popular choice for weddings and other special occasions, though a venue fee applies in these cases.
