Footsteps sits inside Mullins Bay, a gated community with 24/7 security, just a short walk from Mullins Beach, where the Sea Shed Restaurant and Salt Bar do steady business. The villa is air conditioned throughout and wifi is included at no extra cost. This is a three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse style villa, well furnished, with a private pool and ocean views from the upstairs terraces. The principal bedroom is on the ground floor, with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, opening onto an outdoor lounge area beside the small pool. The second bedroom, also on this floor, has a queen size bed and a large bathroom of its own just outside in the hallway; it shares access to the same outdoor space as the principal room. Both ground floor bedrooms come with a mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle, so there is no need to head upstairs for early morning coffee. Upstairs you will find the full kitchen and a generous living area that opens onto an outdoor dining space with views of the beach. The third bedroom, also upstairs, opens outside too, with a spiral staircase leading down to the pool, and has its own large bathroom alongside it. The whole villa feels open and breezy, and the top level has a sun terrace that is well suited to a sundowner as the sun goes down. There is no beach access to the RW Mullins Beach Club from this property, though beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented through Sea Shed. Speightstown is a 4-5 minute drive away, and Holetown around 10 minutes. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the villa, indoors or out.
