The ground floor opens onto covered outdoor dining and seating that looks over the pool and a well-tended garden. Indoors, the living room seats 8 and the kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking. One bedroom is on this level, with a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a bathroom opposite that doubles as a powder room. Upstairs on the second level are two more bedrooms, both with king beds. One has an ensuite with a freestanding bath and separate shower; the other uses a bathroom just outside its door. Both bedrooms open onto a shared balcony with ocean views only steps away. The top floor holds the fourth bedroom, tucked under the eaves with a queen bed and its own access to a roof deck, a good spot for sunbathing and watching sailboats pass. This bedroom shares the bathroom on the second level. Speightstown is 5 minutes from the villa and Holetown 15 minutes. Smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors.
