Turtles Reach sits in Mullins Bay, a gated community in Mullins, St. Peter, a short walk from Mullins Beach, where the Sea Shed restaurant does good trade and the sand draws visitors from along the west coast. The villa is a split-level townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, built for quiet stretches of time rather than show. The kitchen and living areas sit on the ground floor and open onto an outdoor living and dining area with a private plunge pool and a barbecue. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a Queen bed and its own separate, good-sized bathroom. Up on the second floor are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a Queen bed, each with its own ensuite bathroom and a private terrace looking out to the beach. The third floor belongs to the principal bedroom, with a large ensuite bathroom and a private terrace of its own, a good spot for watching the sunset or taking a morning coffee with the beach in view. Guests staying at Turtles Reach can use the large communal pool just through the back gate, and have access to the Mullins Beach Club, with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas included. Speightstown is a 5 minute drive away and Holetown 10 minutes. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the villa, indoors or out.
