Villa Colada sits among the gardens of Royal Westmoreland Resort in St. James, a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom house with room enough for a large family or several couples travelling together, while still keeping some separation between groups. The main house holds four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two of these are on the ground floor: one sits just off the main entrance, handy for guests who want quick access in and out, and the other opens onto its own private patio, a good spot for morning coffee away from the rest of the house. Upstairs, two super king bedrooms share a patio that looks out over the infinity pool, a quiet place to sit in the evening once the pool deck below has gone still. A short distance from the main house stands a separate two-bedroom guest cottage. Each of its bedrooms can be made up as a queen or as twins, depending on who is staying, and the two share a principal bathroom. The cottage also has its own kitchenette, so anyone staying there can make tea or breakfast without crossing over to the main house. Outside, the infinity pool is the centre of things, with views that run across the resort grounds to the golf course beyond. Around it there is space laid out for alfresco dining and for simply lounging through the afternoon, along with a BBQ for cooking outdoors once the sun has gone down. Holetown and the nearest beach are a 7-minute drive from the villa, which puts a shopping mall, a supermarket, a pharmacy, local arts and crafts, and a range of restaurants within easy reach.
