Leamington Beach Cottage

About

About this villa

Leamington Beach Cottage sits right on the beachfront near Speightstown, St. Peter, as part of the wider Leamington Estate. It is a self-contained one bedroom cottage with 1.5 bathrooms, reached through its own private entrance and separate driveway, so it feels entirely apart from the main house even though they share the same grounds. Inside, a large sitting and dining area opens on two sides onto an uncovered terrace, where there is a pool and views out over the beach and sea. Directly in front of the cottage is a reef, good for swimming and snorkelling, and a sandy beach lies within easy walking distance both north and south of the property. Heading north along the beach, it is a 5 minute walk to Cobblers Cove Beach and Hotel. The cottage can be booked on its own or alongside the neighbouring main villa, Leamington Pavilion, which has 4 en-suite bedrooms and its own large swimming pool set in well-kept tropical grounds. Like the main villa, the cottage is fully staffed and equipped, with daily housekeeping included. It suits a couple, a solo traveller, or works as extra accommodation for a group renting Leamington Pavilion next door.
