Latitude sits right at the edge of a quiet cove on Gibbs Beach, St. Peter, one of the better stretches of sand on the West Coast. The house is built over two storeys in pale coral stone, giving it a calm, understated look rather than anything flashy. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in all. The principal bedroom is upstairs with its own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace looking out over the pool to the sea. Two further bedrooms, both air conditioned and each with its own en-suite bathroom, are on the ground floor. Outside, a pool and a wide verandah are set up for entertaining, with plenty of loungers and seating, a barbecue, and a wet bar, all just a few steps from the beach. An open-air patio off the kitchen seats 6 for dinner. Inside, the kitchen has a sleek, modern finish, and the house comes with a proper entertainment system and high-speed internet. Golf, tennis and the shops of Holetown and Speightstown are a short drive away, and swimming and watersports are right on the doorstep. In the evening, the pool and verandah face west towards the Caribbean Sea, a good spot to watch the sunset with the rest of the family.
