Kai sits just behind Kaiso in Fitts Village, St. James, a few steps back from the shoreline but still with its own beach access. The setting is quieter than its neighbour, making it a good choice for anyone after a private stay with the west coast still close at hand. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: two bedrooms are upstairs, one is downstairs, and there is an additional office or flex room that works well for remote work or, if needed, as extra sleeping space. The rooms are finished with warm, playful Caribbean touches rather than anything formal or austere. Outside there is a private plunge pool with a depth of 4.5 feet, set beside a semi-covered patio and surrounded by tropical planting that keeps the space feeling green and private. Although the villa is close to the main road, the layout has been arranged so the outdoor areas stay calm and shielded from it. Security features include an alarm system, an intercom connecting both villas, exterior cameras, security bars fitted to all downstairs windows, and smart entry locks on the front doors. There is a JBL Bluetooth speaker for guest use, one large in-room safe in the master bedroom, and panic buttons placed throughout the villa. The beach in front of the property changes shape naturally over the year, and the sea directly offshore is reef-protected, which makes it good for snorkelling and watching marine life. Guests who prefer a sandy bottom for wading can walk a short distance along the beach in either direction to reach calmer, clearer water.
