Golden Sunset, villa 304 at Glitter Bay, sits among the largest apartments in this beachfront estate in Porters, St. James. The penthouse has been recently renovated and furnished with care, spread over two floors with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private patio. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, while the bathrooms are finished in marble with English fixtures. Air-conditioning, cable, flat screen TVs and wireless internet run throughout. The decor keeps to a calm white, beige and grey palette, with large windows and outdoor lounging areas adding to the quiet, zen-like feel. The master bedroom, with its king bed, is on the ground floor, while two further bedrooms are upstairs. All three look out over the Caribbean Sea from their own spacious terraces. A covered dining patio holds a glass-top coral stone table seating six, plus a separate seating area, with views over the manicured gardens, the restaurant and the turquoise sea beyond. As part of Glitter Bay Estate, guests have access to a gated community, ample parking, a swimming pool, a gym, a beach bar, full-time security and management services. Beach towels are available during your stay: register at the office for tokens, which can be exchanged daily for towels from the Beach Butlers and should be returned at the end of your stay.
