Glitter Bay 201, known as Sea Sea and once called Eternity, sits on the second level of the Glitter Bay Estate in Porters, St. James, closer to the water than any other unit on the property. From here the view runs straight across white sand to the open Caribbean, with no building in between. The apartment has been kept up well and upgraded over time, and it shows. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, set among the estate's tropical gardens. The principal bedroom faces the front of the building and opens onto its own terrace. Glitter Bay's grounds are shared with other owners and include large communal gardens and a communal pool with a separate wading pool, plus sun loungers and umbrellas. A beach attendant is on hand with towel service. There is a snack bar for drinks and light food through the day, two flood lit tennis courts, a table tennis table, and 24/7 security. Along the beach you will find the Fairmont Beach club, Ju-Ju's and the Lonestar restaurant. Holetown is a 5 minute drive away, with local bars and restaurants, the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre for shopping and dining, a Massy Supermarket, banks, a post office and a petrol station. Speightstown is about 10 minutes away, with its own beach bars, restaurants, a local supermarket and street vendors.
