Garden Wall 13 sits inside the Apes Hill Club in the hills of St. James, with the golf course running out in front of the house and the sea visible beyond it. There are 3 bedrooms, each en-suite, which makes the house a good fit for a family, a group of friends, or up to six people travelling together for golf. An arched entrance and a landscaped front garden bring you into the house, where the open-plan living and dining room is bright and open to the air, with ceiling fans and glass doors that fold back fully onto the terrace. The kitchen, fitted with integrated appliances, sits right beside the dining area, so cooking and entertaining happen in the same space. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and its own covered balcony, with seating and the same view over the golf course to the sea, a good place for coffee in the morning. The second bedroom, also upstairs, has twin beds, a ceiling fan and views towards the fairways. The third bedroom is on the ground floor with a king-size bed. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and en-suite; two of the three bathrooms have twin-basin vanities with glass-enclosed showers, and one of those also has a bath. Outside, a covered lounge with wicker seating looks across the private plunge pool to the fairways and the sea beyond. A covered pavilion next to the dining room gives a shaded place to eat outdoors, there is a BBQ for evenings at home, and tropical planting along the garden walls keeps the terrace private. The stay comes with Apes Hill membership, which gives access to golf, tennis and padel (each at a fee), the club restaurant and the beach club, plus a house golf buggy, subject to a signed waiver. A housekeeper comes in two days a week, and the estate itself has gated access with 24-hour security. It is a short drive down to the west coast beaches and to the shops and restaurants of Holetown and Speightstown. Garden Wall 13 is a non-smoking villa.
