The lower level holds two of the bedrooms, each opening onto its own verandah with views across the golf course to the Caribbean Sea beyond. Upstairs, the living space is open-plan, with kitchen, dining area and sitting room flowing out to a partially covered verandah, bright and airy throughout. A third bedroom stands apart in a self-contained guest cottage reached from the entry courtyard, with its own ensuite bathroom. As part of the Forest Hills community, residents have use of the large communal swimming pool there, alongside the wider amenities of Royal Westmoreland itself: an 18-hole championship golf course, flood-lit tennis courts, a well-equipped fitness centre and the Clubhouse, plus beach membership at the well-known Mullins Beach.
