Inside, a split level living area runs open plan and leads out to a terrace and a dining gazebo, both looking over the gardens and the sea beyond. There are 3 bedrooms, each air-conditioned and each with its own ensuite bathroom, so 3 bathrooms in total. Two bedrooms are on the upper level and one is on the ground floor, and every room opens onto a private patio with views of the Caribbean Sea. Ceiling fans run throughout the house. A large fresh water pool is kept for the exclusive use of residents, alongside the beach itself and good swimming. It is a short stroll from the villa to the restaurant and bar on the neighbouring Mullins beach.
